Job summary

S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY is seeking a senior planning engineer in Abu Dhabi with Primavera P7 and MS Project expertise to manage detailed schedules for oil and gas projects.

The role requires strong budgeting, cost control, and progress measurement skills, creating L3/L4 plans, EPC curves, and recovery plans to support onshore and offshore operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Pipeline, Oil & Gas, EPC, Flowline, Wellhead, Brownfield, Upstream and Onshore.
• Gulf/ADNOC experience preferred.
• Clean-shaven policy applicable.
• Not eligible: Metro, Building or Road infrastructure experience.
• Managerial and senior roles require at least 5 years Gulf experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed planning packages covering L3/L4 schedule histogram.
• Cover EPC curves, progress measurement system and recovery plan.
• Perform critical path analysis and recovery planning.

Job description

Well-versed with Primavera P7 version and MS Project software packages. Knowledge of financial management with a good understanding of budget, costing, and cost control activities.

Shall be adept in preparing detailed planning packages covering L3/L4 schedule histogram, EPC curves, progress measurement system, critical path analysis, and recovery plan, etc.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience in Pipeline, Oil & Gas, EPC, Flowline, Wellhead, Brownfield, Upstream, Onshore.
• Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred.
• Clean-shaven policy applicable.
• Not eligible: Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience.

Age Criteria

Maximum age limit is 49 years. For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience.

Managerial and Senior Positions

A minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory.
