Job summary

S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY in Abu Dhabi seeks a Materials/Procurement Specialist to manage material flow from clients and suppliers to the construction team, ensuring timely delivery per project schedules.

The role emphasizes stock control, ERP usage, and coordination with Quality Control and Procurement, with Gulf experience preferred for senior positions. The candidate should be able to maintain inventory efficiently and support annual stock-taking.

Qualifications

• Experience in Pipeline, Oil & Gas, EPC, Flowline, Wellhead, Brownfield, Upstream or Onshore projects.
• At least 5 years of Gulf experience for managerial and senior positions.
• Gulf/ADNOC experience preferred.
• Maximum age limit 49 years; extended to 50 years for managerial positions with significant Gulf experience.
• Clean-shaven policy applies.
• Candidates with Metro, Building, or Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Planning and organizing documentation skills.
• Working knowledge of ERP is an advantage.
