Job summary

S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY is recruiting for senior project controls professionals in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on developing and implementing robust project control plans aligned with client objectives, and establishing cost management systems to monitor budgeting and forecasting.

Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of Gulf experience in Oil & Gas/EPC, with ADNOC familiarity preferred and readiness for managerial responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years Gulf experience in the relevant field (managerial/senior roles).
• Experience in Pipeline/Oil & Gas/EPC/Flowline/Wellhead/Brownfield/Upstream/Onshore preferred.
• Gulf/ADNOC experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive project control plans aligned with objectives and client requirements.
• Establish and maintain cost management systems including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Oversee scheduling processes, create detailed timelines, track progress and critical path activities.
• Manage risk and issue registers, identify disruptions, and develop mitigations.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive project control plans ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and client requirements.

Establish and maintain robust cost management systems, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, to control project expenditure.

Oversee the scheduling process, creating detailed project timelines, tracking progress, and identifying critical path activities for timely delivery.

Manage risk and issue registers, proactively identifying potential project disruptions and developing mitigation strategies.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience in Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore.
• Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred.
• Clean-shaven policy applicable.
• Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible.
• Maximum age limit is 49 years. For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years with significant Gulf experience.
• Minimum of 5 years Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory for managerial and senior positions.
