Job summary

CodeArray Technologies Pvt Ltd in Dubai is seeking an IT Infrastructure & Support Engineer to manage and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, access control, cybersecurity support, and backups.

The role focuses on maintaining LAN/WAN connectivity, administering Windows/Linux environments, managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and ensuring security best practices with MFA and RBAC controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in IT or related field.
• 3–5 years of IT infrastructure or system administration experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity.
• Configure and manage switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Administer Windows Server and/or Linux environments.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and file services.
• Perform patching, monitoring, software deployment, and server maintenance.
• Support VMware and/or Hyper-V environments.
• Provision, modify, and revoke user access rights.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Entra ID.
• Conduct periodic access reviews and maintain RBAC controls.
• Monitor endpoint security and antivirus solutions.
• Support incident response and vulnerability remediation.
• Enforce MFA, password policies, and security best practices.
• Manage backup schedules and backup solutions.
• Perform backup verification and restoration testing.
• Maintain disaster recovery documentation and recovery procedures.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Maintain IT documentation and SOPs.
• Provide support for CEO office / Directors
