Job summary

Qode is seeking an IT Infrastructure & Support Engineer to manage and support our IT backbone in Dubai. The role covers network operations, system administration, access control, cybersecurity support, and backup management to ensure reliable IT services.

You will monitor LAN/WAN connectivity, manage Windows/Linux servers, AD/DNS/DHCP, and oversee Microsoft 365/Entra ID. The position includes end-user support including CEO office, with a focus on security and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT or related field.
• 3–5 years of IT infrastructure or system administration experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity.
• Configure and manage switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Administer Windows Server and/or Linux environments; manage AD, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, and file services.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Entra ID.
• Monitor endpoint security and antivirus solutions; support incident response and vulnerability remediation.
• Manage backup schedules and disaster recovery Documentation and testing.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support; support onboarding/offboarding; maintain IT docs and SOPs.
• Support CEO office / Directors.
