Job summary

Olik Global is seeking a proactive IT Infrastructure & Support Engineer to manage and support our IT environment in Dubai. You will oversee network operations, server administration, access control, cybersecurity support and backup management to ensure reliable services.

You will monitor LAN/WAN, configure devices, manage AD/DNS/DHCP, support virtualization, and administer Microsoft 365 services. Strong communication and multitasking are essential for this role.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in IT or related field.
3-5 years of IT infrastructure or system administration experience.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN and internet connectivity.
Configure and manage switches, routers, firewalls and wireless access points.
Administer Windows Server and/or Linux environments; manage AD, DNS, DHCP, GPOs and file services.
Support VMware and/or Hyper-V environments.
Manage Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and Entra ID; perform access reviews and RBAC tasks.
Provide Level 1 and 2 IT support and assist onboarding/offboarding.
