Job summary

Asico Real Estate Llc is seeking a seasoned Travel Planner to manage all aspects of personal family travel in Dubai and beyond. You will coordinate flights, private jet charters, hotels and ground transportation with discretion and flexibility.

The role requires LUX travel industry connections, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle visas, travel docs, and budget management while maintaining confidentiality. Availability for after-hours travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a travel planner, personal assistant, or in a similar role supporting UHNW/private families.
• Strong network of contacts in luxury travel, private aviation and hospitality.
• Exceptional discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple, often changing, priorities.
• Strong communication skills and a calm, professional manner under pressure.
• Availability outside standard business hours including evenings/weekends.
• Valid driver’s license if local coordination is required.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, French, etc.) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, book and manage all family travel including flights, private jet charters, accommodations and ground transportation.
• Coordinate itineraries for multiple family members, including children, extended family and guests.
• Liaise with luxury travel providers, private jet operators, hotels, villas and concierge services.
• Handle visa applications, passport renewals and travel documentation for all family members.
• Arrange travel insurance and ensure compliance with international travel requirements.
• Manage last-minute changes, cancellations and emergencies with speed and discretion.
• Research and recommend destinations, experiences and accommodations tailored to family preferences.
• Coordinate with household staff and security to align travel plans with the family’s schedule.
