Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank in Abu Dhabi seeks a detail-oriented team player to support Relationship Managers in Private Banking and the Key Client Group in the UAE. This role handles day-to-day client transactions, documentation, and reporting, coordinating with Operations and Investment Desk to ensure timely processing of requests.

The ideal candidate has strong Excel and MS Office skills, thrives in a client-centric environment, and can coordinate across international locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial/investment services industry.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, manage, and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with all organizational levels.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Working on day-to-day transactions & operations of customers.
• Handle all customer enquiries directly &/or queries from Relationship Manager.
• Update customers or Relationship Managers on customer portfolios as required.
• Support in processing client applications and maintaining documentation.
• Prepare requests for investment credit facilities and monitor leverage coverage, maturities, and interest repayments.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports including monthly sales reports for Relationship Managers.
• Coordinate with Operations and other stakeholders as required.
• Coordinate with Investment Desk for client investment requests.
• Enter and monitor customer data in the core banking system.
• Cover for absent team members; other tasks as requested.
