Job summary

Mashreq in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced banking sales professional to grow Emirati and Islamic segments. The role also covers Personal Loans, Cards, Insurance, and other Mashreq products, while onboard Mashreq Gold clients and maintain strong service relationships.

The ideal candidate will drive Liabilities growth, manage risk, and collaborate with product teams to maximize client value in a regulated banking environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of banking sales experience.
• Graduate with knowledge of Retail Banking products.
• Sales and marketing background expected.

Responsibilities

• Proactively drive new-to-bank business to grow Emirati and Islamic presence.
• Maintain close contact and relationships to secure a major wallet share.
• Solicit and manage business that meets risk-reward parameters of the unit.
• Deliver liabilities targets and cross-sell other bank products.
• Collaborate with product and channel partners across RBG, CIBG and SME FX teams for referrals.
• Ensure adherence to KYC, AML, and high-value transaction monitoring policies.
