Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking or financial services, with a focus on relationship management.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate market dynamics, financing structures, and investment strategies.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of building strong client relationships.
• Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of local languages is highly advantageous.

• Manage and develop relationships with real estate clients, understanding their unique needs and providing personalized financial solutions.
• Advise clients on investment opportunities, financing options, and risk management strategies tailored to the real estate industry.

• Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to provide clients with insightful recommendations.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial analyses, feasibility studies, and investment proposals to clients, ensuring a clear understanding of their financial goals.
• Negotiate and structure complex real estate transactions, balancing the interests of the bank and its clients.
• Monitor client portfolios, identifying potential risks and growth opportunities, and providing proactive solutions.
• Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts to drive business development and expand the bank's client base.
• Represent the bank at industry events and conferences, showcasing our expertise and building brand awareness.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all client interactions.
