Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking or financial services, with a focus on relationship management.
In-depth knowledge of real estate market dynamics, financing structures, and investment strategies.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of building strong client relationships.
Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of local languages is highly advantageous.

Negotiate and structure complex real estate transactions, balancing the interests of the bank and its clients.
Monitor client portfolios, identifying potential risks and growth opportunities, and providing proactive solutions.
Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts to drive business development and expand the bank's client base.
Represent the bank at industry events and conferences, showcasing our expertise and building brand awareness.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all client interactions.
