Job summary

Standard Chartered Private Bank in Dubai is seeking a Senior Private Banker to drive profitable growth from existing and new high-net-worth clients by proactively engaging them and offering the full range of Private Banking products.

You will manage an allocated book, deepen relationships, and extend the relationship into additional product areas to improve client value contribution while maintaining strict risk and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Private Banking and with HNW clients.
• Fluent business English.
• Strong client relationship management and sales orientation.
• Knowledge of regulatory and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth by acquiring, developing, and servicing long-term relationships with HNW clients.
• Lead the cluster of RMs with sales management and risk oversight.
• Deliver NNM, AUM, and revenue growth targets for the individual and cluster.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
