Standard Chartered Plc in Dubai seeks a Managing Director, Cluster Lead Turkey, PvB to drive profitability by deepening relationships with high-net-worth clients and expanding product adoption.

You will oversee a cluster of relationship managers, deliver growth targets, and maintain strict risk controls while guiding client strategy across markets. The role blends leadership with hands-on client engagement and governance.

Competenze

• Languages – fluency in business English.
• Demonstrable and relevant experience in the Private Banking industry commensurate with this remit and level of responsibility.
• Strong people management and coaching skills.
• Proven risk management capabilities.
• Firm in all business guidelines and compliance issues.
• Sound knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

• Drive profitable growth by acquiring, developing, and servicing long-term relationships with HNW clients.
• Lead the cluster of RMs on sales management with oversight on risk and control environment.
• Develop and implement business/sales plans for the cluster, including own book.
• Deliver NNМ, AUM, and revenue growth targets and key operating metrics for the cluster.
• Grow client portfolio size by deepening existing relationships and adding referrals.
• Ensure effective governance, risk oversight, and compliance with policies.
