The role requires deep knowledge of ADIB retail banking products, wealth advisory experience for Priority Banking clients, and strong leadership within UAE banking regulations.

Qualifications

• Detailed knowledge of ADIB's Retail Banking products & services.
• Experience in sales product development or wealth advisory to priority banking customers/ retail HNIs.
• Broad knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations & risks.

Responsibilities

• Client acquisition: generate new business via referrals and network.
• Team management: lead Priority Cluster members and set sales plans.
• Channels cooperation: implement Priority Banking services across branches.
• Service delivery: monitor customer satisfaction, handle complaints and inquiries.
• Risk management: approvals/recommendations of credit applications and adherence to procedures.
