The role requires collaboration across the Operations, Investment Desk, and back/middle offices, with a strong emphasis on accurate data entry and effective client communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial/investment services industry.
• Ability to work within a team and develop professional relationships.
• High proficiency with standard computer software programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to organize, prioritize, manage, and track multiple detailed tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day transactions and operations for customer portfolios.
• Handle customer inquiries directed from Relationship Manager.
• Update customers and Relationship Managers on portfolios as required.
• Assist in processing client applications and maintaining documentation.
• Coordinate with Operations, Investment Desk, and back/middle offices as needed.
