FAB in Abu Dhabi seeks an Operations Support Associate to actively assist the client facing front office for Relationship Managers in Private Banking and Key Client Group UAE. You will handle day-to-day transactions, respond to inquiries, and maintain customer portfolios.

Responsibilities include preparing credit facility requests, reporting, data entry in core banking systems, and coordinating with Investment Desk and global locations. Strong team, communication, and Excel skills are required.

• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Financial and Investment services industry experience.
• Organize, prioritize, manage and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments including those delegated to complete work efficiently.
• Use appropriate interpersonal styles and communicate effectively and professionally with all organizational levels.
• Ensure effective coordination between assigned area and other functional areas.

Responsabilidades

• Handle day-to-day transactions and operations of customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries directed from the Relationship Manager.
• Update customers and RM on customer portfolios as required.
• Support RMs on client queries and requests.
• Call clients, send and receive documents.
• Support in processing of client applications and documentation.
• Assist in preparation of investment credit facilities and monitor leverage and interest repayments.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports, including the monthly sales report for RMs.
• Coordinate with Operations and other stakeholders as required.
• Coordinate with Investment Desk for execution of customer investments.
• Coordinate with middle office and back office in international locations as required.
• Enter and monitor all customer data on the core banking system.
• Assist with communication to International Locations when needed.
• Cover for other team members in their absences.
• Other tasks as requested.
