Strategic Project Intelligence
- Develop and implement a comprehensive project intelligence strategy covering market analysis, competitor benchmarking and identification of relevant industry trends.
- Gather, analyze and interpret project-related information to generate insights supporting strategic and operational decisions.
- Assess market dynamics and developments affecting capital project planning and execution.
- Monitor competitor activities and benchmark ADNOC projects against relevant industry practices.
- Track developments in the Oil and Gas sector, including technological advancements and regulatory changes that may influence project strategies.
- Use project intelligence to support strategic investment and resource allocation decisions across the capital project portfolio.
Data Analytics and Performance Insights
- Lead analysis of project data, financial metrics and performance indicators.
- Translate complex project information into actionable insights for leadership and relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards and management reports.
- Apply historical information and current market conditions to assess project risks and potential challenges.
- Recommend appropriate mitigation measures based on project intelligence findings.
- Provide recommendations for resource allocation to improve overall project efficiency.
- Support evaluation of project performance against relevant industry benchmarks.
Major Project Risk and Market Analysis
- Conduct structured risk assessments for capital projects.
- Identify emerging risks and opportunities through market and project intelligence.
- Analyze industry trends that may affect project cost, schedule, performance, or delivery strategy.
- Provide intelligence that supports resilient project planning and execution.
- Maintain awareness of external market conditions affecting major projects.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, finance professionals and other cross‑functional teams.
- Ensure project intelligence activities remain aligned with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with ADNOC Group Companies and relevant business functions.
- Engage with local and international vendors, contractors and third‑party service providers where required.
- Support effective communication of project intelligence findings to senior stakeholders.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and collaboration across relevant project organizations.
Knowledge Management and Continuous Improvement
- Establish mechanisms for sharing project intelligence and relevant best practices across ADNOC and its Group Companies.
- Identify opportunities to improve project management processes, methodologies and tools based on intelligence findings.
- Design and implement tools and techniques that improve the quality and efficiency of operational processes.
- Benchmark internal processes against relevant industry practices and recommend improvements.

Team Leadership and Development
- Plan, supervise and coordinate activities within the assigned area to achieve functional objectives.

Budget and Performance Management
- Manage the budget allocated to project intelligence activities with focus on cost‑effective delivery.

- Contribute to achievement of approved performance objectives in accordance with the Company Performance framework.

Management Reporting
Provide accurate inputs for MIS and progress reports required by Company Management, ensuring project intelligence findings are communicated effectively through appropriate reports, dashboards and presentations.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor ’s Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Science, or a relevant discipline supported by appropriate experience.
- MBA.
- Minimum 20 years of relevant experience within National Oil Companies, International Oil Companies, or EPC and EPCM organizations.
- At least 2 years of experience addressing technical discipline challenges as an Expert, Principal, or Discipline Technical Authority.
- Major Project Management or Engineering experience is essential.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Project Management and Engineering systems.
- Experience in project intelligence, data analysis, market assessment, competitor benchmarking and performance evaluation.
- Ability to interpret complex project information and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Strong capability in major capital project environments and cross‑functional stakeholder engagement.
