• Develop and maintain the job description system and job design methodology with stakeholders.
• Review amendments and prepare descriptions for newly created positions.
• Develop the competency framework, including types and proficiency levels.
• Establish and update career path mechanisms; propose new paths as needed.
• Prepare the job budget and calculate costs, ensuring updates and compliance.

• Review amendments to various job descriptions and prepare job descriptions for newly created positions.
• Develop the overall competency framework, including different competency types and proficiency levels.
• Establish and periodically update career path mechanisms, and propose new career paths for positions as needed.
• Prepare the job budget and calculate associated costs, while ensuring regular updates and compliance monitoring.
