Job summary

ZStack International in Dubai seeks a proactive presales specialist to translate customer requirements into tailored solutions and compelling demonstrations. The role requires strong technical acumen in cloud computing and networking, plus excellent English communication.

You will lead technical responses, prepare bid documents, and coordinate with engineering for proof of concepts. The position offers on-site work in Dubai with opportunities to grow in a dynamic cloud and virtualization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or relevant field.
• Strong presales capabilities and experience.
• Fluent in English; local language preferred.

Job description

• Provide presales technical support, communicate with customers to accurately understand their needs, and offer targeted solutions based on their requirements.
• Be responsible for scheme communication with relevant customers, solution, explanation, and project scheme provision. At the same time, build cloud computing or relevant test environments and demonstration systems to verify the feasibility and implementation plans.
• Guide the technology for the projects in charge, provide presales support, and coordinate technical resources for major projects to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
• Be responsible for writing customized solutions, technical contents for bidding and tendering, and other related documents.
• Provide technical training for relevant channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in computer science or relevant, with strong presales capabilities and experience.
• Possess efficient learning and communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, proactive thinking and innovation, as well as a spirit of teamwork.
• Familiar with cloud computing, virtualization, networking and other related industries and able to explain the corresponding technical features.
• Experience in the cloud-related industry, familiar with the competitive situation within the industry or product information of other vendors, and capable of comparative analysis is preferred.
• Fluent in English and local language will be preferred.
