The ideal candidate will welcome guests, assist with cabana setup, coordinate food and beverage, and maintain the cabana and pool areas to Wynn's Forbes Five-Star standards. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certifications preferred
• Lifeguard, pool safety, or first aid certification is advantageous
• Ability to learn hospitality software and guest management systems
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet cabana guests and provide a polished first impression
• Escort guests to cabanas and explain features and services
• Set up and replenish cabana amenities promptly and courteously
• Coordinate food and beverage orders with service teams
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of cabana and pool areas
• Support VIP guests with discretion and personalized arrangements
• Monitor guest satisfaction and report issues to supervisors
• Promote cabana rentals and resort offerings through guest engagement
• Complete required checklists and maintain records
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information
