You will coordinate with F&B teams, anticipate needs, and maintain a discreet, high-end service presence throughout the day. The role emphasizes guest engagement, safety, and staying aligned with Five-Star standards while supporting VIP guests and promoting premium cabana experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in hospitality, guest services, pool operations, or luxury resorts preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to learn and use departmental software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet cabana guests warmly upon arrival and provide a polished first impression.
• Escort guests to reserved cabanas and orient them to features and services.
• Set up and replenish cabana amenities promptly and courteously.
• Assist guests with lounger/shade positioning and special requests.
• Coordinate food and beverage orders with service teams and follow up on delivery.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve minor issues with professionalism.
• Maintain discretion and personalization in guest interactions.
• Monitor cabana/ pool area to ensure safety, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Identify opportunities to upsell cabana packages and premium experiences.
• Support VIP arrivals and cabana arrangements with attention to detail.
• Communicate updates and stock levels to supervisors and colleagues.
