AW Rostamani Group is seeking a proactive Service Advisor to manage high-profile fleet customers and ensure smooth service delivery. You will greet customers, record their needs, prepare accurate job cards, and coordinate repairs with workshops.

The ideal candidate has 3 years’ dealer experience, strong knowledge of vehicle systems, and excellent communication skills to build lasting customer relationships. UAE location, on-site role.

Competenze

• 3 years practical experience with Dealers in similar positions.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, repairs, and maintenance services.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and service management software.

Mansioni

• Follow NSSW standards in all customer touch points.
• Attend high profile & major fleet customers.
• Prompt reception and greeting of customers; understand their needs.
• Record customer requirements and proper vehicle inventory.
• Confirm job requirements, repair details, costs, and delivery times with customer.
• Arrange test drives with customer.
• Create legible job cards and ensure update of job progress.
• Provide feedback to customer on repairs, delays and approvals.
• Explain warranty coverage and service contracts.
• Upsell service contracts and other service products.
• Ensure job cards are closed on time.
• Prepare vehicle for delivery as promised.
• Notify customer of delays in advance.
• Receive customer, explain jobs and charges, and collect payment.
• Achieve financial and non-financial targets (labour sales/CSI/RO Nos).
