• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and service management software (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Attend high profile major fleet customers and greet promptly.
• Understand customer needs and update customer data with requirements and approvals.
• Prepare legible job cards, update repair details and costs, and confirm with the customer.
• Arrange test drives with customers as required and coordinate with service teams.
• Close job cards on time, notify customers of delays, and ensure delivery readiness.
