Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of progressive Food and Beverage experience within luxury hotels.
• Senior leadership experience in Food & Beverage operations is required.
• Previous senior F&B leadership experience within the UAE hospitality industry is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and operational leadership across all hotel F&B departments.
• Oversee restaurants, bars, banqueting facilities, events, and culinary operations.
• Ensure daily operations reflect luxury service standards and brand requirements.
