Preseller - PepsiCo Middle East - Dubai is seeking a proactive Pre-seller to maximise sales volume in Dubai. The role focuses on distributing the full range of PepsiCo products to a defined customer base, maintaining service levels, and managing stock to prevent outages.

You will follow approved merchandising standards, execute daily customer visits, and provide market feedback to supervisors to identify new sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 1 to 3 years experience in sales & account building.
• Conflict management.
• Basic accounting skills.

Responsabilités

• Sell the full range of products to an agreed list of customers. Sales will be measured against targets.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through planned call frequencies and route plans.
• Carry out daily and weekly vehicle checks and keep the sales vehicle in good condition.
• Supply ready-to-ship customer orders on time with detailed delivery arrangements.
• Maintain stock levels to avoid out-of-stock situations.
• Implement in-store merchandising as directed by the supervisor.
• Advise supervisor of competitor activity in the area served.
• Daily reconciliation of cheques, cash and credit sales.
• Maintain a neat appearance and comply with driving regulations.
• KPI monitoring and performance assessments as defined by the company.
