Job summary

Agthia Group PJSC in Abu Dhabi seeks a delivery professional to execute daily journey plans, deliver orders to assigned retail outlets, load/unload accurately, and maintain shelf merchandising per planograms.

You will build relationships with store personnel, collect payments, monitor stock and freshness, ensure invoicing accuracy, and report market intelligence to the Sales Supervisor. UAE driver's license and 3-ton pickup experience required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of FMCG experience in van sales or retail delivery.
• Valid UAE manual driving license.
• 3 Ton Pick up experience.
• Strong understanding of FMCG products and services.
• Prior UAE market experience in FMCG sales.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily journey plans and deliver orders to assigned retail outlets efficiently and on time.
• Ensure accurate product loading/unloading and maintain shelf merchandising as per planograms.
• Achieve assigned sales visibility and distribution targets across all SKUs.
• Collect payments in accordance with approved credit terms and submit reconciled documentation daily.
• Monitor product freshness; manage returns; and take proactive measures on near-expiry stock.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and maintain up-to-date stock and delivery records.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with customers and store personnel to enhance service quality.
• Report market intelligence, competitor activities, and any route-related issues to the Sales Supervisor.
• Maintain assigned vehicle in proper condition and adhere to all safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
