Job summary

BLUSH MOVMENT DECORATION MATERIALS & PARTITIONS TR in Dubai seeks a delivery driver with sales experience to efficiently manage daily routes and ensure timely distribution to a diverse customer base. You will engage customers during deliveries, pursue upsell opportunities, maintain accurate delivery and inventory records, and operate company vehicles safely in line with local regulations.

A valid UAE driving license with residency visa is preferred; a high school diploma and at least two years

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• A valid UAE driving license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales and delivery role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage and execute daily delivery routes ensuring timely and accurate product distribution.
• Engage with customers during deliveries, building rapport and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, reconcile sales transactions and promptly report any discrepancies.
• Operate and maintain company vehicles in a safe and compliant manner adhering to all traffic laws and performing basic maintenance checks.
• Blind to traffic laws and ensuring safe operation of vehicles.

• Actively engage with customers during deliveries building rapport and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products
• Maintain accurate inventory records of delivered goods reconcile sales transactions and promptly report any discrepancies
• Operate and maintain company vehicles in a safe and compliant manner adhering to all traffic laws and performing basic maintenance checks
• Driving license with valid residency visa will be preferable.
• Indoor Sales Experience will be preferable .
• High school diploma or equivalent education is required.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales and delivery role, preferably in FMCG or a related industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
