Job summary

Rixos Hotels & Resorts seeks an experienced Procurement Manager – Pre-Opening & OS&E to oversee end-to-end procurement for new hotel openings and strategic projects. The role collaborates with Project Teams, Hotel Operations, Finance, Engineering, and suppliers to source, purchase, and hand over items within budget and brand standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Engineering, or related field (must).
5–7 years in procurement, hospitality or large-scale projects preferred.
OS&E and hotel pre-opening procurement experience highly regarded.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end procurement for hotel pre-openings, focusing on OS&E and operations.
Coordinate with project teams and hotel operations to define requirements, quantities, specifications, and delivery schedules.
Prepare procurement budgets, plans, and trackers; manage RFQ/RFP processes and supplier negotiations.
Review specifications, ensure alignment with brand standards and operational needs.
Develop supplier networks and oversee purchase orders, deliveries, and handovers.
