Job summary

Rixos All Inclusive Collection is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager for Pre-Opening to oversee OS&E procurement for new hotels and strategic projects. You will manage end-to-end procurement, align with brand standards, and coordinate with Operations, Finance, Engineering, and external suppliers to meet opening timelines.

The role requires strong negotiation and budgeting skills, with proven experience in hospitality pre-opening projects and supplier management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of procurement experience in hospitality or large development projects.
• Experience in hotel pre-opening procurement and OS&E preferred.
• Knowledge of RFQs, tendering, supplier evaluation, and PO processes.
• Excellent budgeting, analytical, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement for hotel pre-openings with a focus on OS&E and operations.
• Coordinate with hotel operations, project teams, and suppliers on requirements, quantities and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and maintain pre-opening procurement budgets, plans and trackers.
• Review OS&E specifications to align with brand standards and operational needs.
• Identify, evaluate and develop a reliable network of local and international suppliers.
• Manage RFQ/RFP and tendering processes to ensure competitive sourcing.
• Obtain supplier quotations and prepare detailed commercial/technical comparisons.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, warranties and lead times.
• Coordinate PO issuance and ensure alignment with procurement and Finance procedures.
• Monitor supplier progress and delivery dates; manage logistics and customs where needed.
• Track lead times against critical opening path and mitigate risks.
