Job summary

Rixos Hotels & Resorts invites applications for a Procurement Manager – Pre-Opening & OS&E to join the Corporate Office and steer end-to-end OS&E procurement for new hotel openings across the portfolio. You will collaborate with project teams, hotel operations, finance, and suppliers to source, purchase, and hand over items on time, ensuring alignment with brand standards, budgets, and opening deadlines.

The role requires strong procurement experience in hospitality, knowledge of OS&E

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Hospitality or related field.
5–7 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in hospitality/hotel development.
Proven OS&E pre-opening procurement experience with knowledge of hotel operations.

Responsibilities

Manage the complete procurement lifecycle for pre-opening projects, focusing on OS&E and operational supplies.
Coordinate with hotel operations and project teams to define procurement requirements, quantities, specs and schedules.
Prepare and maintain pre-opening procurement budgets, purchasing plans and trackers.
Review OS&E specifications to align with brand standards and operational needs.
Identify and develop a reliable supplier network locally and internationally.
Lead RFQ, RFP and tendering processes and evaluate supplier quotations.
