Job summary

SEGULA Technologies in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Document Controller to support programme-level document management across project packages. You will maintain registers, track submissions, approvals, and revisions, and ensure traceability of documents with EDMS systems.

The role requires experience in document control on major engineering or construction projects and strong organisational skills to coordinate with contractors and consultants in a large-scale environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in document control on major engineering or construction projects.
• Experience with Aconex or equivalent EDMS.
• Strong knowledge of document numbering, revision control and workflows.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain document registers and controlled records.
• Track submissions, approvals and revisions.
• Monitor document workflows across contractors and consultants.
• Maintain traceability and version control.
• Support technical and quality documentation registers.
• Track overdue documents and approvals.
• Support project closeout and document archiving.
• Work with electronic document management systems.
• Experience in document control on major engineering or construction projects.
