Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) seeks a Sales Executive for the Power business in the UAE to cultivate customer relationships and convert requirements into profitable sales. The role targets meeting or exceeding sales goals while preserving margins and maintaining accurate records.

The candidate will manage the sales process from engagement to closing, using industry knowledge to deliver competitive solutions and drive revenue growth for the Power products portfolio.

Qualificações

• Requires a valid UAE driving licence.
• Five+ years of UAE power products sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in customer negotiation and deal closure.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain an accurate database of customer profiles and opportunities.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand business requirements, identify opportunities and maintain relationships.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets while supporting profitable sales and margin objectives.
• Manage negotiations and use approved commercial terms effectively to close sales.
• Maintain complete and accurate sales documentation in the relevant systems and files.
• Monitor customer expectations and respond to concerns or service requirements.
• Track competitor activity and product developments to support commercial planning.
• Attend sales meetings and product training to stay current on the business and products.
• Follow up on outstanding customer payments and support overdue target achievement.
