Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive – FAMCO in Dubai seeks an experienced Sales Manager – Power to lead the power generation equipment sales and rental business. You will drive revenue and margins, manage a high-performing team and strengthen customer relationships across the UAE.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in UAE sales, with gensets or power generation experience, plus at least 3 years of managerial leadership. A UAE driving licence is required, and MS Office proficiency is important for daily

Qualifications

Valid UAE driving licence.
Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the UAE.
Strong experience in power generation, genset sales or generator rental industry.
At least 3 years of managerial experience leading a sales team in genset/power.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong knowledge of UAE power generation and equipment rental market.
Experience managing sales pipelines, accounts, stock, overdue payments.
Strong commercial awareness with numerical/analytical skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management.
Strong leadership and team-development capabilities.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales and rental strategies for power gen equipment and gensets in Dubai/UAE.
Lead the sales team to achieve revenue, volume, margin and growth targets.
Set objectives, monitor performance and coach team members.
Build relationships with customers across UAE power gen and equipment rental markets.
Understand customer needs to provide suitable power solutions.
Monitor sales pipelines and follow up to maximize revenue.
Review stock levels and coordinate with teams for efficient operations.
Monitor accounts and overdue payments to maintain cash flow.
Maintain high customer-service standards in sales, rentals and aftersales.
Coordinate training to strengthen product knowledge and sales capabilities.
Collaborate with Head of Business to implement strategic sales initiatives.
Identify new market opportunities for continued growth.
