Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive seeks a Sales Manager in Dubai to lead FAMCO's power generation equipment sales and rental activities. You will drive strategy, manage a sales team, and ensure customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets and margins.

The role requires extensive UAE power generation knowledge, a proven leadership record, and the ability to translate plans into concrete actions. On-site collaboration with senior leaders is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years of relevant sales experience in UAE power gen or genset sales & rental.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience leading a genset sales/rental team.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and rental strategy for power generation equipment and translate objectives into actionable plans.
• Drive achievement of sales targets, margin, and income growth.
• Coach and develop sales team; set clear objectives for individuals and team.
• Monitor performance; take action when results fall short.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the process.
• Ensure customer requirements and expectations are met effectively.
• Review stock positions and overdue accounts; address issues promptly.
• Coordinate product and brand training for the team.
• Support senior management with divisional sales initiatives.
