Job summary

Omega Software in Dubai seeks a dynamic Sales Executive to generate new business and drive revenue for our restaurant and retail POS solutions. You will build long-term relationships with decision-makers, present product demos, and close deals to meet targets.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of software sales experience in hospitality or retail, a bachelor's degree, fluent English/Arabic/French, and a valid driving license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience, preferably selling software solutions or technology products to the restaurant and retail industry.
• Strong understanding of restaurant and retail business operations, processes, and challenges.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to deliver persuasive presentations and demos to potential customers.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and a passion for sales.
• Proactive and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
• Must have a valid driving license.
• Fluency in English, Arabic, and French.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target prospective customers in the restaurant and retail industry to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our POS system.
• Understand customer needs, requirements, and pain points to tailor solutions addressing business challenges.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets and quotas.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge to position our POS system in the market effectively.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management regularly.
