You will troubleshoot issues, guide clients, and ensure smooth installations, configurations, and updates while collaborating with development and product teams to resolve complex problems.

Qualifications

• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of software systems.
• Previous experience in technical support or a similar role.
• Knowledge of retail and restaurant operations is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and effective technical support to retail and restaurant clients via phone, email, or chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software-related issues and provide solutions.
• Assist with software installation, configuration, and updates.
• Collaborate with the development and product teams to elevate and resolve complex issues.
• Create and maintain detailed records of client interactions and resolutions.
• Offer guidance and training to clients on software features and functionality.
• Act as a liaison between clients and our internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
