PMO & Portfolio Governance Lead

Job summary

We One is seeking a PMO Officer in Dubai to manage reporting, governance, data quality, and project assurance, ensuring portfolio information is accurate and delivered on time.

The candidate will administer intake and stage-gate processes, coordinate with project owners, and drive continuous process improvement, migrating from Excel-based reporting to modern PMO platforms where applicable. Fluent bilingual Arabic/English is a plus in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in PMO, project controls, project management, governance, or related function.
• Experience with project portfolios, governance frameworks, reporting, and project documentation.
• Strong experience in data analysis, reporting, and project performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete production cycle of the Portfolio Dashboard, including collecting, validating, consolidating, and publishing project information within the weekly reporting timeline.
• Coordinate with project owners to obtain accurate and timely project updates.
• Prepare weekly project reports covering operational details, key issues, and exceptions for senior management.
• Prepare monthly portfolio summaries highlighting overall portfolio position, progress, trends, and trajectory for executive management.
