Job summary

Faithful Executive is supporting a confidential government‑related entity in Dubai to recruit a senior PMO leader for non‑IT, executive‑level projects. The focus is on governance, standardization, and strategic transformation driven by board‑level mandates.

You will oversee 10–15 strategic programs, act as liaison between senior leadership, board members and operational teams, and manage RFPs with external consultants.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in PMO leadership or strategic project management in corporate, government, or consulting environments (non-IT).
• PMP certification to ensure strong project management discipline.
• Proven ability to manage complex strategic portfolios with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong experience interacting with senior executives, board members, and managing external consultants.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration; MBA highly preferred.
• Experience in business model innovation and government-related projects will be highly advantageous.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a centralized PMO focused on governance, standardization, and alignment with strategic business objectives.
• Oversee a portfolio of 10–15 strategic projects related to business transformation and executive mandates.
• Serve as a primary liaison between senior leadership, board members, and operational teams to ensure project progress and alignment.
• Report on project portfolio performance, timelines, risks, and issues to senior management.
• Develop and improve PMO governance frameworks, strategic project plans, and reporting tools.
• Coordinate with external consultants by defining scopes and monitoring progress from project start to delivery.
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions with internal stakeholders, clarifying objectives, budgets, and deliverables.
• Manage RFP processes and consulting engagements to ensure effectiveness and alignment.
• Maintain clear communication and strong stakeholder engagement across all organizational levels throughout project lifecycles.
