Job summary

Halian Group is seeking an experienced PMO Analyst to support governance, reporting, and project controls across multiple initiatives in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on delivering accurate management information, maintaining artefacts, and enabling portfolio visibility for senior leadership.

The ideal candidate has strong PMO operations experience, stakeholder management skills, and proficiency with Power BI, MS Project, Jira, and Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in PMO, Project Controls, Coordination or Reporting.
• Strong expertise in PMO Reporting, Project Controls, Governance & Compliance.
• Experience preparing executive dashboards and reports.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Track project milestones, schedules, budgets, risks and issues.
• Maintain PMO dashboards, KPI reports, and executive summaries.
• Consolidate information for portfolio-level reporting and visibility.
• Support governance activities: stage-gate reviews and steering reports.
• Analyze performance to identify delays, variances and risks.
• Maintain project artefacts: plans, RAID logs, status reports, resources.
• Coordinate with PMs and stakeholders for timely reporting.
• Support portfolio review processes and governance standards.
• Produce regular performance insights for senior leadership.
• Assist forecasting, capacity planning and prioritisation.
• Identify improvements for PMO processes and reporting templates.
• Support implementation of PMO best practices.
