Job summary

Reach Group in Dubai is seeking a PMO Analyst with 6+ years in IT and 4+ years in governance to lead enterprise PMO governance, track portfolios, and manage Agile backlogs. You will support SCRUM ceremonies, dashboards, and executive reporting for complex digital transformation initiatives.

Arabic fluency is required, and a 30-day notice is preferred. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring budget controls, and maintaining documentation in Confluence and EPM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Total IT experience of 6+ years with at least 4 years in PMO/ governance roles.
• Proficient with PMO software tools: JIRA, Scrum boards, and EPM.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain enterprise PMO governance frameworks and reporting standards.
• Monitor portfolio health, milestones, schedule variances, and budget utilization.
• Administer JIRA, Scrum boards, and EPM configurations.
• Coordinate Agile ceremonies and backlog grooming.
• Analyze resource allocation, capacity planning, and risks across projects.
• Prepare executive dashboards and governance presentations for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with PMs, technical leads, and stakeholders for timely delivery.
• Maintain project documentation, audit trails, and change requests.
• Ensure adherence to governance guidelines and QA standards.
