Job summary

We One is seeking a PMO governance specialist to run reporting, data quality and assurance for the portfolio. You will own the production cycle of the Portfolio Dashboard and publish weekly and monthly outputs for CEO and DG, plus ad hoc executive briefs.

You will maintain registers, enforce data integrity, ensure owner accountability, and drive process improvements including potential migration from Excel to a platform tool.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, information systems or related field.
• 4+ years in PMO, project controls, business analysis or governance.
• Advanced Excel — structured tables, INDEX/MATCH or XLOOKUP, pivots, data validation.
• Strong PowerPoint and executive report writing: turn raw project data into a CEO-ready narrative.
• Fluent Arabic and English, both written to formal standard.
• Attention to detail and the ability to challenge senior data issues.

Responsibilities

• Own the full production cycle of the Portfolio Dashboard workbook: chase inputs, validate, consolidate and publish weekly.
• Produce the weekly project report pack for the CEO and monthly portfolio summary for the DG.
• Prepare ad hoc analysis and briefing material to executive standard on short notice.
• Maintain the bilingual Glossary and enforce consistent terminology across outputs.
