Job summary

Tanqeeb is hiring a PMO Analyst to support the project management office within our Abu Dhabi-based operations. The role focuses on maintaining project controls, performance metrics, and governance adherence to delivery methodologies, across a portfolio of initiatives.

Qualifications

• PMO, project controls, or reporting experience in a structured environment.
• Strong analytical capabilities with attention to detail.
• Expert level proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Practical experience with Power BI, MS Project, Jira, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Knowledge of PRINCE2, Agile, PMI, or hybrid delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Track project milestones, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and actions across the portfolio
• Prepare PMO dashboards, KPIs, status reports, and leadership presentations
• Consolidate data for portfolio visibility across multiple projects
• Support governance mechanisms including stage gates and steering committees
• Analyze performance trends to identify delays, cost variations, and delivery risks
• Maintain central PMO records, resource tracking, and project documentation
• Coordinate with Project Managers and stakeholders for accurate information
• Identify opportunities to refine PMO processes, templates, and reporting
