PositionOverview:As thePMO Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing theproject management processes and functions. You will work closely with projectmanagers, executives, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered ontime, within scope, and in line with organizational objectives.
1.PMO Oversight:Establish,lead, and manage the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring alignment withorganizational goals and objectives.
2.Project Governance:Defineand enforce project governance standards, policies, and procedures. Ensurecompliance with industry best practices.
3.Portfolio Management:Oversee the organization’s project portfolio,prioritize projects based on strategic objectives, and allocate resourcesefficiently.
4.Methodology Development:Develop and enhance project management methodologies,tools, and templates. Provide guidance on project management best practices.
5.Performance Monitoring:Implement and maintain project performance measurementand reporting mechanisms. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provideinsights to improve project delivery.
6.Stakeholder Communication:Facilitate communication between project teams,executives, and stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project status, risks,and issues.
7.Resource Management:Collaborate with resource managers to ensure optimalallocation of resources to projects. Manage resource conflicts anddependencies.
8.Risk Management:Identifyand assess project risks. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.Ensure a proactive approach to risk management.
9.Training and Development:Provide training and support to project managers andteams. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
10.QualityAssurance:Establishand oversee project quality assurance processes. Conduct project audits toensure adherence to quality standards.
1.Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, BusinessAdministration, or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP)certification is preferred.
2.Experience in the Big Four is highly recommended
3.Proven experience as a PMO Manager or in a similar role, forat least 7 years
4.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools,and best practices.
5.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonalskills.
6.Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-drivendecisions.
7.Proficiency in project management software and tools.
8.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
