Job summary

Discovered MENA in Abu Dhabi is seeking a PMO Analyst to join an established team supporting the project management office and delivery functions. You will maintain core project controls, track performance metrics, and generate insight-driven reporting for governance and delivery.

The role requires expert Excel and PowerPoint skills, hands-on use of Power BI, MS Project or Jira, and familiarity with PRINCE2, Agile, PMI or hybrid methodologies. Strong stakeholder communication is essential.

Qualifications

• A relevant degree in Business, Project Management, Finance, IT, or Engineering.
• Demonstrated background working within a PMO, project controls, or reporting environment.
• Expert level proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using Power BI, MS Project, Jira, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with PRINCE2, Agile, PMI, or hybrid project frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Track project milestones, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and action logs across the portfolio.
• Prepare PMO dashboards, Key Performance Indicators, status reports, and leadership presentations.
• Support project governance mechanisms including stage gates, steering committees, and compliance reviews.
• Analyse project performance trends to identify potential delays, cost variations, and delivery risks.
• Maintain central PMO records, resource tracking, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and business stakeholders to guarantee information accuracy and timely submission.
• Identify opportunities to refine PMO processes, templates, and reporting frameworks.
