Job summary

The ideal candidate has strong PMO operations experience, stakeholder management skills, and proficiency with Power BI, MS Project, Jira, and Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in PMO, Project Controls, Coordination or Reporting.
• Strong expertise in PMO Reporting, Project Controls, Governance & Compliance.
• Experience preparing executive dashboards and reports.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Track project milestones, schedules, budgets, risks and issues.
• Maintain PMO dashboards, KPI reports, and executive summaries.
• Consolidate information for portfolio-level reporting and visibility.
• Support governance activities: stage-gate reviews and steering reports.
• Analyze performance to identify delays, variances and risks.
• Maintain project artefacts: plans, RAID logs, status reports, resources.
• Coordinate with PMs and stakeholders for timely reporting.
• Support portfolio review processes and governance standards.
• Produce regular performance insights for senior leadership.
• Assist forecasting, capacity planning and prioritisation.

PMO Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced PMO Analyst to support the successful delivery of strategic projects and programmes within a dynamic enterprise environment.

This role will be responsible for providing project governance, performance reporting, portfolio visibility, and project controls support to the PMO and delivery teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with established methodologies, governance frameworks, and organizational standards while providing meaningful insights through analysis and reporting.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Project Management Office (PMO) Operations, Project Controls, Portfolio Reporting, Governance, Performance Analysis, and Stakeholder Management, with the ability to coordinate across multiple projects and provide accurate and actionable management information.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and monitor project milestones, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive PMO dashboards, KPI reports, executive summaries, and management presentations.
• Consolidate project information across multiple initiatives to provide portfolio-level reporting and visibility.
• Support project governance activities, including stage-gate reviews, steering committee reporting, compliance tracking, and documentation management.
• Analyse project performance and identify schedule delays, cost variances, resource constraints, delivery risks, and emerging trends.
• Maintain and manage key project artefacts including project plans, RAID logs, status reports, resource allocations, and governance records.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, programme teams, and business stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Support project and portfolio review processes, ensuring adherence to governance standards and delivery methodologies.
• Produce regular performance reports and insights to support decision‑making by senior leadership.
• Assist in forecasting, capacity planning, resource tracking, and project prioritisation activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve PMO processes, reporting frameworks, templates, and delivery controls.
• Support the implementation of project management best practices across the organization.
• Ensure consistency in project reporting, documentation, and governance standards across the project portfolio.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience within a PMO, Project Controls, Project Coordination, Project Support, Business Analysis, or Reporting function.
