V Plastic Industry in Dubai seeks a results-driven Salesperson with solid experience in the plastic manufacturing sector to join our team and contribute to revenue growth. You will identify opportunities in local and international markets, present our PET jars, bottles, HDPE caps, and closures, and build long-term relationships with key clients.

The role requires strong negotiation and communication skills, CRM proficiency, and the ability to work autonomously within a collaborative sales

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of proven B2B sales experience in the plastic manufacturing industry.
• Hands-on knowledge of plastic products (PET jars, bottles, HDPE caps, closures) and market applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in local and international markets.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with customers to achieve profitable sales.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet customer specs and delivery timelines.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order pipelines in CRM.
• Provide regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.
