Job summary

Flip retail in Sharjah, UAE seeks a Sr. Business Development Executive to lead growth in plastic packaging for FMCG and Pharmaceutical clients. You will manage existing relationships, identify opportunities, and drive revenue with strategic plans and market mapping.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in packaging or plastics sales, a valid UAE driver's license, and can join immediately. This is a full-time role with RTC-1 Employment Services coordinating the search.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• Minimum 6 years of sales history experience in packaging or plastics.
• Valid UAE driver's license.
• Immediate joining preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain partnerships with existing customers for plastic packaging.
• Identify and map business strengths and customer needs.
