Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing or FMCG.
• Experience managing both blue-collar and skilled workforces.
• Strong knowledge of local Labour Law, Emiratization, and HR compliance.
• Proven experience leading and developing an HR team.
• Strong employee relations, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, commercially minded, with strategic and operational capability.
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Manufacturing/plant workforce experience is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR operations across blue-collar and skilled staff.
• Manage manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance, and offboarding.
• Partner with leaders on workforce requirements and people issues.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, investigations, and workplace concerns.
• Lead Emiratization initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with Labour Law and HR policies.
• Oversee HR administration, attendance, payroll coordination, and records.
• Develop and coach the HR team and drive service delivery.
• Drive performance management, engagement, training, and retention initiatives.
• Provide HR insights to senior management on workforce planning.
