Job summary

Micah Group in the UAE is seeking an experienced Civil Planner / Cost Controller to join its project team in Dubai. The role covers baseline programme development, progress monitoring, cost control and reporting, using Primavera P6 / MS Project and advanced Excel. Candidates should have a Civil Engineering / Construction Management / QS qualification and 3–5 years UAE experience on industrial and residential projects.

Location: UAE. Employment Type: Full-time.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Quantity Surveying qualification.
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in civil construction projects.
• Mandatory exposure to both industrial and residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project and Advanced Excel.
• Experience in planning, scheduling, project controls, cost monitoring and progress reporting.
• Knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, construction sequencing, resource planning and variation management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update baseline programmes, look-ahead schedules and recovery plans using Primavera P6 / MS Project

• Manage project budgets, cost forecasts, cash flow, cost-to-complete and budget-versus-actual reporting
