➡️ JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Planning Manager to lead project planning, scheduling, and progress control across multiple construction projects. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with contractual requirements.

➡️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and manage baseline project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project
• Monitor project progress and prepare weekly & monthly planning reports
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and progress control activities
• Analyze schedule delays and prepare Time Impact Analysis (TIA)
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Teams, and Commercial Teams
• Prepare recovery plans and mitigation strategies for delays
• Support EOT claims with proper planning analysis and documentation
• Ensure planning compliance with contractual and client requirements
• Oversee manpower, equipment, and resource loading
• Participate in project meetings and provide planning insights to stakeholders

➡️ REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related discipline
• 10+ years of experience in construction planning
• Strong expertise in Primavera P6 (mandatory)
• Solid knowledge of construction methodologies (Civil / MEP / Fit-Out)
• Experience in EOT claims, delay analysis, and recovery schedules
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• UAE experience is mandatory
