Job summary

Micah Solutions in Dubai seeks an experienced Civil Planner / Cost Controller to join its project team. You will develop baseline programmes, monitor progress, and manage budgets to support timely project delivery.

The role requires strong Primavera P6 / MS Project skills and advanced Excel, with hands-on experience in cost reporting, variation management, and resource planning on industrial and residential projects.

Qualifications

• Must have civil engineering/construction management/quantity surveying qualifications.
• Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience in civil construction projects.
• Exposure to industrial and residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project and Advanced Excel.
• Experience in planning, scheduling, project controls, cost monitoring and progress reporting.
• Knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, construction sequencing, resource planning and variation management.

Candidate Requirements
